Welcome to the website for C.A.A.R.E., the Center for Avian Adoption, Rescue, and Education, an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation located in Fargo, North Dakota.

Although North Dakota is our home, we welcome the opportunity to extend our services to any area we are able and would be happy to hear from anyone sharing our interest in the care of companion parrots, wherever located.

Our mission is:

To reach out and educate the public on the appropriate health care and general well-being of companion parrots. To find homes for displaced companion parrots through our adoption program. To provide a friendly and caring environment for our members and guests to socialize and learn from one another.
