My name is Oatmeal. I am a 13 year old Quaker. I am very nice. I can be a little protective of my cage but once I am out I am a perfect gentleman. I like to snuggle close to your chest and being preened on my head and neck. I do prefer men but I do well with women to. Note: We do not ship parrots and generally adopt only within a 200-mile radius of Fargo, North Dakota. A pre-adoption home visit by a member of our adoption committee is required for every adoption.
